A PLANNING application to expand an award-winning restaurant in Liss has given planners food for thought.

Plans to add a two-storey extension to the side of Madhuban Tandoori have been submitted to the South Downs National Park Authority.

The ground floor would consist of an L-shaped extension to the restaurant and two covered parking spaces, with bedrooms and office space planned for the first floor.
