AWARD-WINNING independent Haslemere boutique Woodie & Morris shuts at the end of January.

Town residents Mel and Clive Rollinson opened their fashion outlet in Petworth Road in June 2009, but are now retiring and moving to Devon.

They named their shop after their two dogs – Mel is pictured with Morris and Clive with their award certificate.

Mel said: “It’s the end of an era. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of a great community and would like to thank all our customers for their continued support over the decade.

“There are plenty of great bargains in the shop in the run up to closing. Please pop in for a look.”
