Motocross has returned to Oakhanger – with the last of three springtime race weekends at Slab Common kicking off this Saturday.
The Nora Pro Championship started its season at the MOD-owned common on March 24, offering a £100,000 prize pot.
This was followed by an AMC Promotions event at Slab Common, off Hogmoor Road, on Easter Sunday.
Finally, the Brigestone British Masters will arrive in Oakhanger this Saturday and Sunday, April 6 and 7, with the action starting at 8.30am both days.
Entry for spectators on the gate costs £15 for adults, £8 seniors and children, and under-fives are free.
The Bridgestone British Masters is one of the UK’s largest motocross championships, consisting of youth, amateur and professional riders.
The series takes place over six rounds at six different venues, over six different weekends within the year.
It is expected that there will be 120 competitors and 500 spectators.
