New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Waverley’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to six restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Clock Barn Hall at Clock Barn Farm, Hambledon Road, Busbridge; rated on March 25

• Rated 5: Rebecca Pearl at Sports Ground And Pavilion, Dunsfold Road, Alfold, Cranleigh; rated on March 18

• Rated 5: The Devil's Punchbowl Cafe at Devils Punchbowl Cafe, National Trust Car Park, London Road, Hindhead; rated on March 12

• Rated 5: Caffe Nero at 71 High Street, Cranleigh, Surrey; rated on March 7

• Rated 5: CARITAS at St Josephs School, Amlets Lane, Cranleigh, Surrey; rated on March 7

• Rated 5: Subway at London House, 110 High Street, Cranleigh, Surrey; rated on March 5

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And three ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:
