A trust which oversees a host of schools around Farnham and West Surrey has a new classmate.

The latest secondary school to join Weydon Multi-Academy Trust is Frogmore Community College in Yateley. Taking its place alongside fellow secondary schools Weydon, Farnham Heath End, Woolmer Hill and Rodborough.

Together with Crondall Primary School and three special schools: The Ridgeway, The Abbey School and Park School.

John Winter, CEO of the trust said: “Frogmore Community College joining us will build capacity and resources for all in the trust. There is an ongoing need for schools to work together to provide excellent educational opportunities for all, embracing new technologies and building world-class sports and creative arts facilities.

“By coming together, we are able to create specialists in every element of school life. I am confident this development will be a huge success both for students and staff across our family of schools.”
