A MARCH in Haslemere town centre on Saturday saw up to 850 people gather to protest over Surrey's plans for pay-and-display parking on the streets.

And a petition delivered to the town hall signed by up to 3,000 will be handed to Surrey County Council leader David Hodge at County Hall, in Kingston.
