A driving instructor led a convoy of ten cars from Lasham to Camberley as part of the BBC Children in Need Big Learner Relay.
Barry Davis, who owns and runs the Mercury Driving School, was one of hundreds of instructors who ensured Pudsey Bear – attached to a magnetic learner driver roof sign – continued safely on his 2,000-mile journey around the country which ended with a lap of the Goodwood motor circuit and raised £34,378.
He said: “This is my first year taking part in the relay. As a father I am trying to show my son that it is important to help those who are less fortunate wherever possible.”
