SILENCE fell on East Hampshire last weekend as people remembered those who paid the ultimate price for their country.
Two minutes probably isn't enough to contemplate the suffering, pain and sacrifices that our fallen have endured over the years.
But at 11am last Sunday, people stopped to remember those who gave their today for our tomorrow.
Veterans, soldiers and former members of the Armed Forces stood alongside civilians in communities from Horndean to Hawkley.
