WRAPPED up and ready to go – Grayswood Primary School helped spread some festive cheer by taking part in a Christmas shoebox appeal.
Year 6 Citizenship Club pupils are pictured (above) with the parcels they made up.
A grand total of 48 shoe boxes were filled with small gifts of toiletries, food and clothes donated by students.
The boxes were split, with half going towards The Royal Surrey Hospital Christmas Shoebox appeal, and the rest donated to Guildford Action for distribution to the homeless. The boxes for patients were packed with items to appeal to older people.
