Waverley Borough Council is seeking residents’ views as part of a review of polling districts and places in the borough.

The Review is a legal process for considering the location and suitability of the polling districts and places for voters in future elections.

The council wants to make sure that Waverley residents and interested groups have their say. In particular, it wants to ensure that polling stations are accessible to all, including those with a disability.

Consultation takes place until Monday, December 16 and can be done via the council website or by emailing [email protected].

Alternatively, residents can post their views to: Electoral services, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, GU7 1HR.

Recommendations arising from the review will be reported to the Standards and General Purposes Committee. The list of approved polling districts and places will be published in February next year and will be used for elections in May.
