Oli Davies scored the only goal of the game as Petersfield Town returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory at home to Sherborne Town in the Wessex League Premier Division.
Davies produced a moment of quality in first-half stoppage time to curl a superb shot into the top right-hand corner of the net.
The first half was an even affair, with chances at a premium at Love Lane until Davies produced his moment of magic.
The second half was similar to the first, with both sides struggling to create clear-cut chances, but the hosts saw out the match in relative comfort to claim a welcome three points.
The Rams nearly doubled their advantage in second-half stoppage time when substitute Kieran Alcock fired his shot just over the crossbar.
The win keeps Petersfield in 11th place in the Wessex League Premier Division table.
Next up for the Rams is a home game against Havant & Waterlooville in the Portsmouth Senior Cup on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
