Holy Cross has launched a new neurophysiotherapy outpatient service to support people with acquired disabilities caused by brain, spinal cord, or nerve injuries. The service offers specialised care for individuals recovering from neurological conditions, guided by Holy Cross’s commitment to patient recovery.

Frances Campion-Smith, Chief Executive, said: “In the spirit of the values of our founding Sisters, we are dedicated to supporting patients at every step of their recovery journey. Each member of our caring team of neuro-physios has undergone extensive training and has a great deal of experience in treating severe neurological conditions.”

Upon assessment, the physiotherapists design personalised treatment plans, which may include exercises, manual therapy, or hydrotherapy, tailored to the patient’s goals. The team also uses specialised equipment and assistive technology to enhance recovery.

With more than 100 years in Haslemere, Holy Cross is a leading centre for neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation. For more details, visit www.holycross.org.uk
