Petersfield Town began their 2024-25 pre-season with a narrow 4-3 defeat at home to Gosport Borough.

Harrison Cable slotted in to give Petersfield an early lead, and the home side doubled their lead when Callum Kimber rolled his finish past the Gosport keeper.

Gosport scored four goals in the second half, before Austin Giles pulled one back in added time.
